Jerry! you just put the picture in perspective! I would never ... er .. daaaaaaaang ..... no .. I WOULD. Yes. I WOULD. I would be freaked out bigtime, and I would make sure to practice and become familiar but .. yes .. I WOULD. Er .. Author ... sorry about that. I just had an Epiphane and can hold my head up with pride again. Now ... I think this is a rather magnificent and perfect pucture. Ok, I bet you were 'in position' but still ... you needed to be doing just the right thing at just the right time .. and you nailed it! Well done!

Very many thanks for all of your comments. I agree Jerry it must take alot of nerve - certainly more than I have !

Woah! This must be a rush if you haven't done it before. Must take a lot of nerve to run towards the edge of that cliff, hoping the parachute finds enough wind...

Beautiful capture. The scene is great, but that splash of brilliant color really finishes it off perfectly.

That para sail just jumps off the screen with its bright contrasting colors, the expanse beyond him is beautiful, lovely composition.

Hope he's upward bound! ;-) Really gives you a sense of freedom. CarolG.

Very nice capture - the sea looks so calm and inviting, and the skies clear and light - the bold color coming off the parachute really pops the photo. Interesting to see this person just embarking on their journey.
