The transition from the dark right to the brighter left is remarkable smooth. One of those perfect images that happen every day but are rarely captured. Nice work.

Thanks for the nice feedback all. I wanted a lot of night landscape with the day sky for the topic, but I did change it to a little heavier on the sky and think it does what I wanted still but looks better now- so thanks :-)

I'm trying not to like it like a "girl" but can't help myself. Talk about opposites not only of brightness but also of hue and even saturation.

Yes us girly types will just luv this & the Joshua trees makes for a great silhouette. I'm not sure but I would like to see the black hills lower in the frame for some more sky as the blackness looks a lot...........sort of.
