Terrific shot and PP RK! It does remind me of some of the classic street scenes shot by some of the famous photographers of the past - Love it! The deep tones on the people contrast so well against the bright light on the city and walkway.

Thanks Tv and Rod.
Tv, didn't trade in the M8, its the Canon gear that got traded. Its first iteration of M8 (not the M8.2) and shutter is not as quiet. The lens used here is an old Voigtlander 15mm, screw mount and not rangefinder coupled. Cannot focus using the viewfinder, one has to rely on the distance/DOF scale.

The bloke with the pram is a real Bresson moment, great shot mate.

Love the silhouettes playing off the lower Manhattan skyline. I also like the organized business that fills the frame with activity. So is this with your old M8 that I thought you had traded in? Silly me. Is the shutter still as quiet as the ole M3 used to be.. or maybe even quieter?

Nice contrasty image for great effect here RK- very well captured. Gives me a way to put the cables for your other shot in context- they look surprisingly delicate actually.
