I like the colour in this shot. The yellow draws your eye to the figure and is his backdrop.

Great shot and perfect for the theme. I lived in Japan for seven years, four of them in Tokyo. It's very natsukashii to see your images and where they were shot ;-).

My favorite of your four. This is great. Right on subject, artistic, and all those lines make this a fun shot.

Although this shot has some wonderful ingredients, I have to disagree with the mob this time (even my wife). First I can't see it all at 1,000 pixels high on my monitor. Secondly the tilt makes the pedestrian seem quite comfortable but makes me a bit seasick. But then so do video games so maybe I'm not a good judge. In any case it's a great shot that with a crop and tilt adjustment is more powerful to my eye. I put an example of what I mean in the drop box.

Fantastic shot, perfectly demonstrating "isolation" and the green tint gives me a "urban blahh" reaction (a positive thing)! This has a sort of retro style to it as well, as if it was taken sometime in the 70s.
