Fascinating capture, great perspective and color.

Thanks all. These is the "Experience Music Project + Sci-Fi" museum complex in Seattle. This is quite a building indeed, and hen the light is right (always in the morning since this is facing East), it is a great place for photos. _Ivan

Absolutely magnificent! :) Sorry for my ignorance but is this the Guggenheim museum or the Disney Theater?

This is a treat, and a successful conversion of anothers art into a part of your own vision

Thanks Penny and TV. It has been a while I wanted to make that shot and never was able due to many reasons: the light wasn't right, or it was raining, or the sky was dull...or the monorail was just down for maintenance. So when I finally got it I was very happy, and the pink reflections on the blue parts of the building even came as a very nice surprise. I just wish that I had set the shutter speed a little slower in order to have more motion blur, but that will be for next time I guess.

Just a side note since you have not seen me for a couple of challenges: life has been extremely busy these days, with a lot of work on my plate, the wife traveling around the world for her job, and two small kids to take care of. With all that it's been challenging to keep up with photography, but I'm trying..

This is a terrific looking abstract from what we know is an awesome sculpture by Jeannette Walls. But adding the monorail tracks is a phenomenal stroke of genius.

Holy smoke I thought it was Brent returned from self exile. This is a fine shot and better than Brent even. I tried myself on one visit but missed very badly. But Iknow how difficult the light can be so I'm very impressed. Capturing the monorail and successfully incorporating it into the composition is a master stroke. -tv
