This is the local Carneval parade. Basically it is not such a good idea to have it in the middle of winter - especially when you compare with Rio. But still it is good fun!

All sorts of interest here Frank - the nun holding the tiger & the woman marcher having a fag. The colourful costumes really stand out against the buildings. Great stuff & lots of noise of course from that big drum.
